This necklace is part of my Granulation Collection which are formed using a technique called granulation. Granules are formed by melting small pieces of Sterling Silver. As they melt, they naturally form beautiful spheres of silver, each one is unique with its own surface textures.
 
This necklace is formed from round sterling silver wire formed in to the long teardrop shape. At the bottom of the teardrop are a froth of tiny sterling silver granules.
 
This necklace is cute, fun and more purely beautiful. They would make the perfect gift for your loved one for Christmas, Birthday or Anniversary. They would also make a fabulous present from you to you.
 
Please be aware that this piece of jewellery is not intended to be worn by children.

I hand make each piece of jewellery to order and I will have your chosen piece of jewellery ready for dispatch within 1-2 weeks after purchase. It may well be dispatched a lot sooner but that is the outside estimate. If you have a specific deadline, please send me a message and I will do everything I can to help. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class post and in theory should be with you 2-3 days after dispatch in the UK (apologies but currently I only ship within the UK). Due to the current Covid situation the post can be rather unpredictable. It will be dispatched on time as I have control over that aspect. I can't control the length of time the postal service takes so please give it a little more time than you would normally need to. It will be worth the wait xxx
 
Your order will be beautifully wrapped with a care card included. Sterling Silver will tarnish over time so I recommend cleaning with a silver cleaning cloth and stored with an anti-tarnish strip, both of which I send with every order with my compliments.

  • Eco Credentials

    This piece of jewellery is made using Solid Stirling Silver wire which has been formed in to the pendant shape using Ecosilver*. *EcoSilver is a product made by Cooksongold. It is made using 100% recycled scrap silver. The great thing about EcoSilver is only you will know the difference as it looks the same as other types of Silver and has the same great qualities.

  • Hallmarking

    All Stirling Silver work that is over 7.78g must be hallmarked by UK Law. This piece of jewellery is under the weight limit so is not hallmarked. This piece is stamped 925 for Sterling Silver and is also stamped with Sarah Ralph’s maker’s mark which is registered with the London Assay Office. I hand stamp each item so the letters may be a little wonky. 

  • Making and Delivery Times

  • Brexit

    As a result of Brexit and the legalities surrounding exporting silver from the UK to the EU I regret to say I cannot accept orders from the European Union currently. I sincerely hope this will change in the future.

    Please be aware that now the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as your items enter your country along with handling fees. The purchaser will be responsible for payment of these charges. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control.
